New York | Tokyo – Blue United Corporation proudly announces that its professional esports team, Blue United eFC powered by Manchester City (BLU eFC), now has its official jersey and badge featured in EA SPORTS FC 26.

BLU eFC has achieved significant milestones, qualifying for three out of the last four FIFAe Club World Cups and breaking industry records. In 2021, the team won the FIFAe Club World Cup 2021 East Asia (Zone 2). BLU eFC consistently competes for top positions in North Asian qualifiers for the World Championships and the national tournaments in Japan.

The inclusion of Blue United eFC official items in the EA SPORTS FIFA series, continuing through EA SPORTS FC™ 24 (the first title following the name change from “EA SPORTS FIFA 21” five years ago) and the previous title EA SPORTS FC™ 25 to the current EA SPORTS FC™ 26, marks the sixth consecutive year of inclusion for Japan’s first professional esports team. This milestone reflects the recognition of our company’s persistent efforts and achievements.

EA SPORTS FC™ 26 features only 13 professional esports teams worldwide, and Blue United eFC is the sole Japan team included in the title.

In the title before last, EA SPORTS FC™ 24, the official BLU eFC jersey was utilized by a cumulative total of approximately 41,000 users, leading to approximately 580,000 matches played.

The latest title, EA SPORTS FC™ 26, released globally on Friday, September 26, 2025, reportedly achieved 10 million downloads within just two weeks of its launch (WCCF TECH INC.). Furthermore, as of December 3, 2025, it holds a peak of 103,259 live players (Active Player.io).
