A documentary featuring the JFA × SCO GROUP “FUTURE CAMP inspired by BLUE LOCK,” released

A documentary featuring the JFA × SCO GROUP “FUTURE CAMP inspired by BLUE LOCK,” which Blue United Corporation supported in the United States, has been released on JFA’s official YouTube channel.

Held in California from August 3–6, 2026, FUTURE CAMP marked JFA’s first selection camp in North America. The initiative was created to identify and evaluate talented young players with ties to Japan who are developing their careers overseas, with a long-term vision of connecting them to the future of Japanese football.

Blue United Corporation was honored to support the U.S. implementation of this project, drawing on our experience and network developed through many years of working in sports business in the United States.

The first FUTURE CAMP has already resulted in an important milestone.

Ken Kawahara of the San Jose Earthquakes U18, one of the players who participated in the camp, was subsequently selected for the Japan U-17 National Team for the Limoges International Tournament in France in September 2026.

Around the world, there are young players with ties to Japan developing in different football cultures and competitive environments. Creating opportunities to identify these players and connect them with Japanese football can expand the talent pathway available to Japan and contribute to the long-term development of the game.

Blue United Corporation is grateful to the Japan Football Association and everyone involved for giving us the opportunity to contribute to the inaugural FUTURE CAMP.

The newly released documentary captures the four days in California and the young players who came together to challenge themselves and pursue the possibility of representing Japan.

We invite you to watch the documentary and experience the story of the first FUTURE CAMP.
